LiveMore Expands Equity Release Products to Serve Wider Property Market
LiveMore has revamped its lifetime equity release (ER) product lineup, bringing new flexibility and options to individuals aged 50 to 90 plus in the UK property market. This overhaul includes four innovative products that increase loan options up to £1m.
Enhanced Product Range Offers Greater Flexibility
The updated suite includes a Standard product that now accommodates properties above, below, or near commercial spaces, including Grade 2 listed buildings. For extra adaptability, a new six-month product guarantees a buyer six months to finalize their purchase. Moreover, the five-year ERC product offers partial repayments up to 15% annually.
Special Property Inclusion Broadens Access
LiveMore has also launched a Property Plus ER product to cover properties near potential environmental concerns or of non-standard construction types such as steel or timber. Each product comes with 10 loan-to-value (LTV) bands, capping at 49.75% max LTV, alongside provisions like day-one downsize protection and a three-year compassionate relief window.
Commitment to Bridging Market Gaps
Les Pick, LiveMore’s director of intermediary sales, emphasized that these products target current ER market gaps highlighted by broker collaborations, featuring drawdown facilities as a pivotal addition. The firm underscores its commitment to supporting brokers and unlocking new opportunities for customers.
Future Predictions and Trends
As the UK property market navigates increasing complexities, LiveMore's innovation sets a precedent for future developments in equity release options. Adaptable loan structures and specialized property inclusions are likely to become standard demand, reflecting broader trends towards flexibility and inclusiveness in property finance.
Relevance to Current Events
In light of the recent spotlight on property inheritance and later life financial planning, LiveMore's new equity release options present timely solutions. Their diverse range serves as a beacon to those managing property assets amidst dynamic market conditions.
